A subscription model eliminates these time-consuming steps, with the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
How many requests can I have?
Once you subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. However, if you option for the pro plan, you'll benefit from having two tasks processed simultaneously.
How do I requests designs?
Requesting designs on Better Design is incredibly flexible, especially with the integration of Trello. We'll collaborate through a unified project board. Here, you'll see all our deliverables and what we expect from you in return.
How fast will I receive my designs?
In most cases, you can expect a response within 2 business days timeframe or even sooner. For larger projects (branding, website, and app designs) it might require a bit more time.

Better Design is a team of designers who are experts in their field to provide you with the professional design content you need.
What if I don't like the design?
At Better Design, we value your satisfaction. If you find the designs aren't meeting your expectations, we provide a revision process until it meets your expectations. Your project is important to us, and we're committed to making it perfect.
When can we start the project?
You can start right away—today even! After subscribing, you'll receive a welcome email. Shortly after, you'll be invited to a private Slack channel. You can begin making design requests immediately. There's no quicker way to get started on your design projects.
How does the pause feature operate?
We understand that your design needs may vary, and you might not require a full month's worth of tasks. If you have only a few design needs at the moment, you can take advantage of our subscription pause option. Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days and then choose to pause, billing will stop accordingly. As a result, you'll have 10 days of unused service, which you can use at your convenience in the future.
What if I only have one request?
No worries. When you've completed your current tasks, you can pause your subscription without worry. Your remaining subscription days will be preserved, ready for your return whenever you have more design tasks to tackle."
Is there any design work you don't cover?
Indeed. Better Design specializes in various design projects but does not currently provide 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (such as medical forms), complex packaging, and extensive print design (including magazines and books).
What tools do you design in?
We mostly use Figma but in case of need, we’re using Adobe programs too.
